our order process is conducted by our online reseller paddle.com. paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
when you purchase a plugin, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the software. each license allows up to 3 machine activations. you may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or share your license key with others.
all plugins offer a 7-day fully functional trial. after the trial period expires, the plugin stops working until a license is purchased.
the plugins require an internet connection to verify your license. verification happens automatically and needs to succeed at least once every 21 days. if you go offline, there is a 21-day grace period before the plugin deactivates.
you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. refunds are processed through paddle. see paddle's buyer terms for details.
updates to the plugins are included with your license. we may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.
the software works as described on this website. if you find a defect, we will fix it or offer a refund in accordance with EU directive 2019/770 on digital content.
our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plugin. nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under EU or italian consumer law.
we may revoke your license if you breach these terms, for example by sharing your license key or redistributing the software.
these terms are governed by italian law. if you are an EU consumer, you
retain the protections of your home country's consumer laws regardless.
